She was born on 9 December 1978 in Hillingdon, west London. Her family moved around Harlington, Wembley and Cardiff before settling in Gosport, Hampshire, in 1994.

She is 1.63 m, or 5 ft 4 in. In her early years she measured 42-27-37; after the weight gain that carried her into BBW work, the figure was recorded as 45-44.
